General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Study Safari courses and tours.

What is included

• Stationery - student note book, pen, highlighter where applicable
• Books, course notes, CD's and any relevant course materials pertaining to the training course
• Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits on all training days
• Lunch on all training days (a training day is a day where there are scheduled classes with an instructor. Study and revision days are not counted as training days.)
• Transport to and from the accommodation to training venue
• Airport pickup and drop off
• Accommodation in lodge and room as described in tour package
• All meals while on the tours (after the training phase) unless stated otherwise in the tour description

What is not included

• Exams
• Airfares
• Meals other than when specifically stated as being included
• All activities not specifically listed in the tour packages
• Transport other than to and from the training venue and airport
• Visa's
• Travel insurance - This is however required

Payment conditions

• Invoices are due to be paid 4 weeks prior to the course start
• Some additional benefits may accrue where payment is made at least a month before the course start date, and this may result in some free exams and or free activities being offered. Note that these benefits offered are only in force if payment conditions are met.
• All bookings are considered provisional until payment is made in full.
• Courses may be cancelled at short notice where payment has not been made.
• Study Safari endeavors to NOT cancel any course where paid-up students are already booked.

Cancellation policy?

Courses which are cancelled more than 20 days in advance are refundable in full. Courses cancelled from 20 to 14 days before the course are 80% refundable. Courses cancelled within 14 days are not refundable at all. If courses are cancelled by Study Safari for any reason, full refunds will be given.

Some tours have other conditions which will apply over these.
