They will meet you at the airport, make sure you are settled in and give you a run down of what to expect during your stay. They will be available to take you out to all the best night spots and restaurants, arrange tours and trips of cultural significance as well as arrange all your adventure activities. They will join you on most of the trips to ensure that you get the most out of your stay.

Basically they are there to ensure you have as much fun as possible while you study for your MCSE.

A note for the parents: The concierges have also been told not to let the students drink to much if you have lectures the next day - after all they are here to learn as well as have fun.
